1. Clogherhead RNLI Lifeboat Station

We are delighted to sponsor Clogherhead RNLI lifeboat station. For over 100 years Clogherhead RNLI lifeboat station has provided volunteer lifesaving search and rescue cover for the scenic coastal area around Clogherhead. We are thrilled at the opportunity to help such a great local organisation to continue providing their highly valued services to the local community of Clogherhead.

2. Rock Celtic F.C

Connect CU had the privilege of being invited to the unveiling of Rock Celtics new coaches’ jackets. In this year’s sponsorship program, Connect Credit Union were delighted to support local football club Rock Celtic by kitting out 80 coaches with new all-weather sports jackets.

Voluntary coaches of Rock Celtic have played a vital role in developing the club facilities, grounds, and juvenile training academies over the last 10 years, hence creating a great sense of community in Blackrock. With Rock Celtic’s community ethos mirroring that of the credit union, Connect CU where were delighted to give back to the local football club by sponsoring these committed coaches with new jackets.

Donal Lynch chairman of Rock FC commended “The Rock Celtic Family are delighted with our new Connect Credit Union partnership. Our committee and coaches work very hard to create the best facilities and environment for our 500+ boys and girls and 100 adults to enjoy their football. Therefore, sponsorship is crucial for our continuous improvement. We are very grateful to Norman and his team for coming on board with us.”

3. Togher Active Retirement Group

Connect Credit Union was delighted to be able to support the Togher active retirement group as they developed an outdoor exercise area at port beach.

Connect CU supported by providing financial assistance in the purchase of new machinery.
