Cultivate Week 2026

Connect Credit Union is proud to mark National Cultivate Week (20–26 April 2026) with a series of community events celebrating local farming families and the important role agriculture plays in our communities.

Activities taking place during the week include tractors on display, a petting zoo in partnership with Louth Macra, a social media giveaway, and a charity quiz night in aid of SAFE Castlebellingham.

Since joining the Cultivate initiative in 2021, We have supported farmers across Louth with flexible farm finance designed around the realities of farm life. Spring is one of the busiest periods on farms, with grazing underway, breeding season approaching, and many farmers planning investments for the year ahead. Cultivate loans are designed to help farmers manage cash flow, invest in machinery or buildings, and support ongoing farm development.
