Important Member Notice - Essential Maintenance Work 13th May
Scheduled Maintenance Wednesday 13 May
Connect Credit Union will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our banking systems on Wednesday 13 May. To allow this work to be done safely, some of our services will be unavailable for most of the day, returning by 5pm.
What won't be available on the day:
- Online banking and our mobile app
- Our Blackrock branch (closed)
- Phone lines
What will still be working as normal:
- Our 24/7 ATM at Blackrock
- Card payments (tap and chip) please make sure you have enough money in your account before the day, as you won't be able to move money in or top up
Direct debits and standing orders:
Any payments due to leave your account before 12 noon will go through as normal. Anything due from 12 noon onwards will be paid the following day, Thursday 14 May.
All services will be back to normal by 5pm on Wednesday 13 May. We'd recommend taking care of any urgent business before Tuesday 12 May.
