May Day Banking Update

Friday, 1st May 2026 is a European Bank Holiday, which will impact how some payments are processed.

SEPA standard payments and Direct Debits won’t be processed on this date, while SEPA Instant payments will continue as normal.

Any payments scheduled for May 1st will be delayed. Payments made in time on Thursday, April 30th will be processed on Tuesday, May 4th, and incoming payments may also arrive later than usual.

To avoid any disruption, please arrange important payments in advance.
