Special General Meeting

A Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held on Wednesday, 23rd August 2023, to vote on the potential merger of Connect Credit Union and Termonfeckin Credit Union. The SGM will take place online via Zoom at 8:15pm.

You should have received your S130 information pack, or you can download it below.

Members attending the SGM must register via email prior to the meeting.

The Registration and Attendance Process for Online Attendees

To join the meeting online on the evening of the SGM, you must send an email to info@connectcu.ie by 12.30pm on Tuesday, 22th August 2023. Your email should include your name, email, and member number.

• In advance of the SGM, you will receive a notification by email confirming that you are registered to attend the SGM online and containing a link that you can click to join the SGM on 23rd August.

• While the SGM starts at 8.15pm on 23rd August, online attendees are asked to join the meeting from 7.45pm onwards to help with the process of verifying members’ identities and admitting them to the SGM.
